Workshops & One-on-one time
Following our recording session, Lizzy will start back up with her workshops. She began these groups in the fall of 2020, and has continued to have incredible people attend, and re-attend, cultivating an environment that is safe and reliable, full of discovery and growth.
6-week songwriting course: Tuesday, August 4th-Tuesday, September 8th @ 6pm
This includes group meetings once a week over zoom plus 2 one-on-ones with Lizzy. You are given weekly prompts to help generate ideas, occasionally collaborating with others in class. This session focuses on creating a lasting process, whether for your project or to maintain a consistent practice. All levels welcome. (8 spots available)

This includes group meetings once a week to share progress and ideas, with shared critique, as well as one-on-one time with Lizzy once a week. This session is focused on understanding production, flow, and album identity. For those in the process or on the presipice of starting a collection of songs. Lizzy will guide you in your work, to be cohesive, intentional, and personal. (8 spots available)
12-week album writing and production course: Monday August 24th-Monday November 9th @ 6pm
This includes group meetings once a week to share progress and ideas, with shared critique, as well as one-on-one time with Lizzy once a week. This session is focused on understanding production, flow, and album identity. For those in the process or on the presipice of starting a collection of songs. Lizzy will guide you in your work, to be cohesive, intentional, and personal. (8 spots available)
A la carte
Drum lessons w/ Alex (5 spots available) (2 hour minimum)
For those looking to expand their existing knowledge or someone just starting out. Alex has been a drummer since she was little, and now tours with various bands globally. She is creative with percussion outside of the regular kit and allows for experimentation always.
Bass/guitar lessons w/ Joni (5 spots available) (2 hour mimimum)
Your choice of guitar or bass lessons. All levels. Joni is a multi-instrumentalist, with extensive knowledge in theory and a multi genre audiophile. Her excitement for all things music related makes learning with her approachable and understandable.
Song writing and production w/ Lizzy (5 spots available) (3 hour minimum)
For those wanting to record original music or work on their practice. Focuses on creating a process that fits your needs, and elevates your language and understanding around recording and song-writing.
